Leinenkugel’s 1888 Bock
The Leinenkugel Brewing Co. recently released Leinenkugel’s 1888 Bock, which is based on the original family recipe. It is brewed using a 20 to 25-day cold lagering process that gives it a smooth toasted malt flavor. The beer is packaged in a 12 oz. glass bottle.
Sandals Resorts Caribbean Sauces
Scott Peiffer and Mike Menendez, creative director and senior designer for Sandals Resorts, have designed the packaging for the new line of Sandals’ private label sauces. The designers wanted to embody the true character of the Caribbean by conveying its rich diversity, food and personality. The sauces are packaged in 8 oz. glass bottles, which allow the bold colors of the sauces to show through, and will be sold in Sandals gift shops and possibly, US markets.
Fennel Pollen
Fennel Pollen is a new spice from Vanns Spices, which is hand-harvested from wild, giant fennel plants. Churchill Wines
Churchill has refreshed and redesigned the packaging across all its port and wine ranges.
The new packaging for the Portuguese-based wine group is said to reflect the environment in which it is produced. The Douro Valley inspired the photographs and illustrations on the bottle. An embossed logo appears on the bottle in black gloss, printed onto thick paper stock. The new designs appear on all of the 750 mL glass bottles.
