Study Affirms Wine Remains Most Stable and Fresh in Glass Bottles

Packaging News UK reports a year-long study, which was carried out by the Institute of Vine and Wine Sciences (ISVV) in Bordeaux, found that the flavor and chemical composition of white wine changed within six months of being packed in single- and multi-layer polyethylene terephthalate (PET) plastic bottles and bag-in-box packaging.
