Glass Packaging Institute to Announce 2010 Friends of Glass Honorees
Honorees create awareness for the value of U.S. glass container recycling
WHAT:
The Glass Packaging Institute (GPI) will recognize six “Friends of Glass” in four categories, honoring those companies, organizations, and persons making significant and innovative efforts to promote or participate in glass container recycling for bottle-to-bottle use. “Friends of Glass” are being recognized during GPI’s second-annual Recycle Glass Week, September 12 - 18, to encourage glass container recycling.
